Off-Site Committee Finding

The Compliance Report asserts that the institution has qualified administrative and academic officers with the experience, competence, and capacity to lead the institution. The institution provided a sampling of resumes in support of its compliance. A number of resumes were examined at all institutional levels. However, without corroborating evidence such as job descriptions and transcripts, the Committee could not determine compliance. Also, because the institution did not provide an updated list of officers, the Committee had difficulty matching resumes with positions-a number of individuals have evidently changed positions as indicated by the number of interims. The On-Site Committee should look for updated job descriptions, resumes, and/or other documentation to support the institution claim that it has qualified administrative and academic officers.
